H.R. 1322, the Emergency Retiree Health Benefits
Protection Act, was introduced in the House
in March and already has 27 cosponsors. From
the beginning, ProtectSeniors.Org has worked to
make this a bi-partisan bill and we are proud to
say that we have been able to do that with the
recent support of Rep. Walter Jones of North
Carolina.
A list of all the current cosponsors is
available on our website by clicking
HERE. If your Representative is a
cosponsor, we encourage you to send your thanks
and reiterate what passage of this legislation
will mean to you. If your Representative is NOT
on this list, please write to him or her and ask
for their immediate support. You may visit our
Legislative Action Center to identify your
Representative, find contact information and
send a message using our electronic system.
Thank you for your continued efforts in support
of H.R. 1322.
